Let art be a part or your up north experience.
Artistree Gallery Cooperative was formed by a group of artists in 2009 as a place for area artists to show their work. The bright and open gallery space is set in a beautiful log building in the heart of downtown Land O’ Lakes, Wisconsin, right on the border with the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Artistree Gallery displays the work of over 30 area artists – all who live within 100 miles of Land O’ Lakes at least part of the year. The wide selection of original artwork, cards and artist prints is selected and maintained by the artists. Artistree represents artists using a variety of media including: watercolors, oils & acrylics; fiber & paper arts; jewelry including bead work and metalsmithing: pottery; wood turning, carving and furniture making; photography; stained glass; and mixed media sculpture. Visit the gallery to see an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional fine art and fine craft. There is always an artist or two on hand to meet and greet you.
Artistree Gallery shares space within LOLA Center for the Arts. The building is also home for the non-profit organization, Land O' Lakes Area Artisans, Inc. (LOLA). LOLA provides art classes and cultural events year-round for children and adults. Together, Artistree and LOLA serve as the destination to view and/or participate in the arts of Northern Wisconsin and the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
